I'm giving up caffeine and alcohol until March. Might as well do it for the shortest month of the year, even if it is leap year. Why? Well, I don't really know, but it's a mental and self-discipline exercise and I felt it was time to challenge myself. The alcohol part doesn't worry me, but I drink coffee every day and already miss it. However, while sorting through the teas in my cupboard I discovered my Chocolate Chai is caffeine-free, so I'm pretty stoked about that.
Exercising regularly is now an actual thing in my life. There is a chart on the wall to keep me accountable and everything! I'm looking forward to the day when there will be a whole bunch of marks next to the dates and I can go 'man, I never thought I'd get this far.'
And the toughest thing of all... I want to sew something pretty for Yule Feast. There are less than two weeks left and I'm not really very good at the whole making garb thing. The hardest part is pinning down ONE idea instead of having a million of them! Anyone else have this problem with garb??
